These loans are ideal for self employed borrowers and those who do not want to deal with the paperwork associated with full documentation loan programs.
Stated Income Guidelines:
- 1-4 family and condos owner occupied
- Title on LLC or Trust OK
- No income documentation required
- Asset documentation required (can use business assets to qualify)
- Self employed borrowers only
- No minimum fico as long as there is solid payment history and no collections or judgments.
- 70% LTV up to 1 mil and 65% up to 2 mil.
